I love coffee too – I do and I do not drink it for weight loss. I have to ask my doctor first before I drink any coffee – as I am allergic to caffeine. When I was about 30 pounds overweight I tried drinking my coffee with one to two teaspoons of honey and it did wonders for me. I could feel the difference – so much energy and my focus was great. I found that my metabolism increased and I would always have a lighter feeling in the evening.
